Summary:

Ophelia, Getsu, and Rook make up the trio, Neighborhood Watch. As the worlds of the Fairy, Demon, Spirit, and Human realm open their doors up to each other. The Human Realm becomes a playground of crooked deeds and hostile taken overs hidden behind a diplomatic façade. The Neighborhood Watch goal is to protect the balance, and try to make rent.
