Artist Market / Artist Alley Prep: Tom Nook Store Update
One of my favorite video games of all time is Animal Crossing. I played that game so much as a kid with my family, and even as an adult when it released on the Nintendo Switch. My favorite moment in that game is when Tom Nook’s store gets an upgrade. The layout changed added a bit of excitement. I feel like Tom in this moment. My storefront is expanding a bit, and it feels exciting.
My goal is to always try to challenge myself and my approach to my creativity. I have to look inwards and see where can I improve. I think that I like the one table approach with my booth, but wanted to see how I can make the most out of it. Also, I wanted to see how can I utilize the space of my 10x10 tent a bit more. I gained a lot of inspiration from Pinterest, and created a mood board. My ultimate goal is to make my booth feel like a newspaper stand or booth at a bazaar. This isn’t the final version, but it’s a step towards where I want to go. I plan to add an additional stand to sit on the table, and other displays.
